Everything was ok. But the problem about bus is that they don't have either WiFi or A socket to charge the phone. And the guide Mike promised to send the group pic to my email. I sent a massage to his phone several times but still no reply...Read full review
I'm happy that I used your service. It was my first time in the bus tour for so long! But I loved It! Thanks to my tour guide Jake Yang and bus driver for such funny and unforgettable memories. Jake even assisted me in taking pictures
"This is without a doubt the best tour I have ever been on. Our guide Joe was great, he was chatty, it wasn't ever awkward and he was really knowledgeable about the places we were visiting. He was able to advise us on any questions we had a..nd was very approachable. This is a jam-packed trip and suitable if you're limited for time. You spend a couple of hours at each national park so look at the 7 day version of this trip they offer if you would rather have longer at all the places. We were only in the states for a week so this was perfect. We started with a pick-up point outside the back of the Stratosphere Hotel - which is good as it means you don't have to spend time picking up every traveller from their individual hotels. There were 12 of us is in our mini van and a nice variety of nationalities. You spend nearly all your time with everyone so the social side is a huge bonus. We set out to Zion National park - which is breathtaking. You can hike to see the Emerald Pools on this trip. It's worth noting you don't have a guide for all the parts of the tour - but you're provided with maps and advice regarding the best routes. This is perfect for us as sometimes we wanted time alone to explore. You can obviously choose these parts to do solo or with the other travellers in your group. We then went to Bryce canon from here which was again stunning. The landscapes just get increasingly more and more beautiful. The highlight for me was camping on the rim in Monument Valley. You are literally facing the beautiful landscape that is nostalgic for Wild West fans. The campsites are really cosy - all essential camping gear is provided, you are helped with setting up the camp and there is access to good quality showers and bathrooms. The main site even has wifi which is luxury. Obviously the Grand Canyon is another amazing aspect of this trip. The minivans are air-conditioned and have a couple of USB charge points. There are also lots of souvenir shops along route. Another highlight was travelling on route 66 and stopping at a local café for shakes. You pay a bit extra for evening meals ($50ish incl. the trip to Antelope), but they're all tasty and there is loads to go around.
All in all I can't emphasise how great this trip is, especially if you are only in the States for a short amount of time or haven't visited these locations before. I'd have been comfortable on this trip if I was a solo traveller as well (as there were a few in our group) as everyone is friendly and there are plenty of opportunities for social activity, such as s'mores around the campfire."Read full review
We had a good time at west rim of Grand Canyon, but the visit to the Hoover Dam is too short and the bus stop is far from the major part of the dam. Half hour more could be much better.
Overall, the tour was good. I wish we could have arrive at Idaho Falls earlier so we could spend more time there on our first day. Given the time constraints and so many sights to see, I am content about the trip.
If you like the contrast between majestic mountains and the barren red rocks, this is a must-see tour. In a short duration of 6 days and 5 nights, the tour takes you through five of America's most beautiful mountain states from Colorado to ..South Dakota, to Wyoming, to Dakota, to Utah, and back to Colorado. You will visit the men-made wonder of Mount Rushmore and the nature spectacular of Devil's Tower. You will be exposed to the mystical geothermal activities of Yellowstone and majestic Grand Teton Mountain range. Finally you will see the unforgettable red rock arches contrasting with the seemingly barren Great Salt Lake. in addition to these major attractions, the various side trips to Dever's Red Rock Amphitheater, Jackson Hole, the international skiing village of Vail, and the Rocky Mountain high point of Johnson Tunnel, are experiences that you will not easily forget.- and most importantly, all these at a very reasonable price.
The accommodation were not luxurious but comfortable. The bilingual (English & Chinese) tour guide was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, and the driver was skillful and safety conscious. The coach bus was new and comfortable. Unfortunately there were a couple seats whose reclining mechanism of which did not work properly. Having to sit in that position for an extended period of time made it rather uncomfortable. Hopefully they will be repaired soon. Also, the back of each seat does not provide a "pocket" for passenger to put things in it - seems to be a design oversight.
Overall, I would say this tour is great value for any nature lovers who want to enjoy the best of what America's mountain states have to offer on a budget that will not break ones bank accounts, and yet at a reasonably comfortable mode of transportation and accommodation. I would recommend this highly.Read full review

The three day Zion/Bryce/Antelope/Grand Canyon tour with an overnight in Monument Valley is not only huge on "wow" but really well organised. Great (and copious) commentary from our driver. So much packed in to three days. Was a real highli..ght of our time in the Southwest and blessed relief from the profligacy of Las Vegas.Read full review
