I originally tried to book the 11:30am tour , after I booked online, I was then contacted quickly and informed that 11:30 am tour was no longer available and I was booked on the 12:45pm tour.

It was a great tour! Yes, it was a long day but the canyons and views along the way were totally worth the long bus ride. My initial thought was that I wished we had a smaller group but then I realized that the tour bus we were on was proba..bly much more comfortable than a 14 passenger van! The size of our group turned out to be a non-issue anyway. At Horseshoe Bend, you hike the trail at your own pace and view the canyon on your own. Once at Antelope Canyon, they take you in groups of 14 and there is one group after another entering the canyon. At both attractions, there were many other tourists there from other tour operators and those who had driven on their own - so there's really no way of avoiding crowds at peak viewing times anyway. Our tour was well organized. Our guide Eva was very pleasant and kept the tour moving smoothly and on schedule.. The bus is showing its age a bit but was fine for the day. The Navajo guides at Antelope were excellent as well. Really glad we took this tour!Read full review
I did not get an updated itinerary before we departed. Therefore I had different expectations of where we would stay etc.
Our driver (Miles) was excellent, very calm, courteous, personable and an excellent driver. He drove over a thousand.. miles and stayed cheerful at all times!
The guides Stefano and Hiro were helpful and knowledgeable. It was noticeable that Hiro’s Japanese tourists received resources and maps that we didn’t receive. Stefano was exceptionally patient and gave interesting information.
Overall the tour was excellent value for money.
In Page there are restaurants within walking distance of the hotel but we were advised to buy supermarket food and eat in our bedrooms which was unnecessary. There is a Marriot courtyard bistro just 10m away and other places within 15 m walk. This is not the guide’s fault, as a company you could provide a local map with eating places and distances marked. Too much reliance on fast food outlets isn’t healthy.
The Valley of Fire was excellent and we would have happily stayed longer.Read full review
Joseph Paul Olguin was an excellent, fun, and knowledgeable tour guide. He is priceless! We were 12 people from 8 different countries. I was the only American citizen born in the U.S. It was a fabulous time together. We learned a lot about ea..ch other. We became close like family. We enjoyed participating in the work and camping out . Everywhere we went we met fine people. The native american guides at each place we visited (Monument Valley and Antelope Canyon) knew so much and brought the place to life . At the Grand Canyon the information we learned about geology, minerals and the erosion time line was inspiring to me. I am part native american and cajun, so I appreciated the history being told to us. Joseph did a superb job helping us appreciate what we were seeing. There is too much that we enjoyed that i can not really write about it all. It would take too much time. Good Job! I will try to take more small tour trips in the future. Thanks !!!Read full review
The tour itself is amazing! Being nickled and died when you get there for $8 per person fee at one location and $10 per person, both cash only, at the other, is very disappointing!!
